Untapped Potential

The mind has far more storage space than most of us will use in our lifetimes. Could this be because we only live 120 years, while the patriarchs of the old testament lived nearly 1000 years?

The lungs have a far greater capacity than we use.

Overall, it seems that we routinely fail to live up to our potential. It's almost as though we are made for something more than is possible on this earth.
