Life's a waiting room
Our life on earth can be thought of as a waiting room in a doctor's office. Some have a long wait, others are ushered in immediately. None ever return. After a while, many begin to doubt that the doctor exists after all. They begin to hoard magazines, thinking that the purpose of life must be in getting as many magazines as possible. But then, one by one, even those who are 'rich' in magazines are ushered into the doctor's office, and they have to leave all their accumulated magazines behind. Someone else ends up with them.
